The CTO and VP of Engineering were looking for a way to showcase the work of the engineering team and ultimately a way to help drive recruitment in a very competitive San Francisco technology job market.
My idea was a microsite which separated itself from the main marketing website and gave the engineering team its own identity. We wanted to show that engineering at Sift is a top priority and still very innovative. This is place for engineers to post blogs, team videos and open source software.
